are currently on the lookout for a

Care Coordinator

to join their head office team. As a Care Coordinator you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our customers receive exceptional care and our Care Assistants are fully supported.

Pay:

Up to 27,000 a year

Job type:

Permanent - Full-time

Shift and schedule:

Office Based Hours - 9.00am - 5.00pm plus covering on call on a rota basis and occasional weekend working if required

About The Role



Your Responsibilities



Answering all incoming telephone enquiries Permanent allocation of Care Assistants to all customer visits and ensuring all visits are always covered Send weekly rotas via email where possible Daily back ups Daily handoversTo work closely with the Field Care Supervisor Set up new carer phones Book carer holidays Maintaining computer systems and ensure they are up to date To ensure compliance with all office systems and proceduresProduction of reports and management information as required Promptly respond to emergency situations, including going out to cover care visits when required Cover on call on a rota basis Support across other areas of the business as required

You'll need...



A willingness to learn & develop in your new role Ability to deal with challenging & deadline driven work. A driving licence & access to a vehicle. A caring & respectful attitude. Strong communication, organisational & teamwork skills. A responsible, dedicated & flexible work ethic. Experience providing domiciliary care is desirable but not essential Right to Work in the UK. Two satisfactory references. Enhanced DBS check.
