Role ResponsibilitiesTraining & Office-Based Work (20 Hours Per Week)
? Learn to schedule care visits and manage rotas.
? Assist with client assessments, care plans, and family communication.
? Support and supervise care staff, gaining leadership experience.
? Maintain care records and understand compliance with CQC standards.
Hands-On Care (20 Hours Per Week)
? Provide personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and companionship.
? Cover care visits when needed, ensuring seamless service delivery.
? Promote independence and dignity for clients in their own homes.
