We are seeking a dedicated and organised Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing patient schedules, coordinating care plans, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and healthcare providers. Duties



Manage patient appointments and coordinate care schedules efficiently using various software tools. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through data entry and administrative documentation. Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare professionals, and team members via phone, email, and written correspondence. Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Provide exceptional phone etiquette to address client inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organising patient files. Support the team by ensuring all relevant information is accurately entered into the system and follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity of care and client satisfaction.

Skills



Proven office experience with strong organisational skills. Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and administrative procedures. Excellent typing speed with high accuracy for efficient data management. Strong phone etiquette coupled with outstanding communication skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in healthcare or social services is desirable but not essential; a compassionate attitude is vital. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.45 per hour
