Responsibilities Administer medication and assist with clinical tasks under supervision
Support the care planning process and liaise with external professionals
Lead shifts and provide guidance to care assistants
Promote person-centred care while maintaining residents' dignity and independence

About the Role
As a CHAP, you'll support the delivery of clinical care, acting as a link between our care assistants and nursing team. You'll be trusted to manage tasks such as administering medication, leading shifts, and supporting care planning - always with residents' dignity and wellbeing at heart.
Ideal Candidate A caring, confident, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience in care with willingness to progress
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) preferred
Medication administration training desirable
