62 Bedded Nursing Care Home

48 Hours per week: including alternative weekends

Responsibilities
Administer medication and assist with clinical tasks under supervision Support the care planning process and liaise with external professionals Lead shifts and provide guidance to care assistants Promote person-centred care while maintaining residents' dignity and independence Champion our values and help create a warm, respectful environment for residents and team members alike

About the Role

As a CHAP, you'll support the delivery of clinical care, acting as a link between our care assistants and nursing team. You'll be trusted to manage tasks such as administering medication, leading shifts, and supporting care planning - always with residents' dignity and wellbeing at heart.


Ideal Candidate
A caring, confident, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Previous experience in care with willingness to progress NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) preferred Medication administration training desirable
