We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Care Home Domestic to join our cleaning team. This role involves providing professional domestic cleaning services to our residents, ensuring their home is maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work and possess a strong attention to detail. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of domestic spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms utilise appropriate cleaning products and equipment to achieve high standards of cleanliness Follow a cleaning schedule to adhere to our guidelines ensure all areas are sanitised and free from dirt, dust, and clutter report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during work activities maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with residents

Requirements

previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable strong attention to detail and organisational skills ability to work independently with minimal supervision reliable transportation or access to local travel routes (if applicable) excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes a positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service flexibility to adapt to different client needs and schedules

To be eligible to apply for this role you must have the right to work in the UK, with 12 months care or support professional experience within the UK, with a 5yr checkable work history with a minimum of 3 years professional referencing. We cannot accept care or support of family members as experience. Due to the nature of this service, some roles be temp to perm, in which case you may start on a temporary contract then once you have established good solid relationships with the service users you will transfer over to a permanent contract.
