Lay out tables in dining room ahead of Breakfast, Lunch and Evening Meal
Serve residents with their choice of food at each meal, with the assistance of care staff to deliver these to individual resident bedrooms
Support residents' fluid intake by providing a trolley service mid-morning and mid-afternoon for refreshments (Tea, Coffee, Squash, Fruit Juice, etc.) along with a snack (Biscuits, Cake, Fruit, Crisps, etc.)
Provide support for residents who require assisted feeding
Ask all residents (where ability allows) their choice of Lunch and Evening Meal and relay this information to the catering staff in the kitchen
Record the food and fluid intake of residents who have been supported using electronic software
Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and servery areas of the home (clean work tops, mop floors, wipe down tables, check fridges, etc.)
Ensure that the servery area of the dining room is stocked with sufficient supplies to meet the residents needs
Complete HACCP checks as required in the dining room
This is not an exhaustive list and there may be additional duties at the discretion of the management team for the needs of the residents and service.

Pay: 12.21-12.40 per hour
