Exclusive Care supports adults with learning disabilities and autism, with residential sites in Hatfield and supported living site in Bedford.
As a vital member of Exclusive Care, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and staff. You will assist the Registered Manager in the overall direction, coordination, implementation control of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, vision and goals. Key responsibilities:
-To act as person in charge of the Home in the absence of the Registered Manager.
-To participate in the on-call rota for out of hours management.
-To oversee residents needs are being met, and that relevant professional agencies and relatives where needed are informed in the best interests of the residents.
-To monitor and manage CQC compliance.
-To provide coaching and support for team members to develop their care planning skills.
-Assist with interviews, investigations and disciplinary issues as required.
-Assist with rota management and staffing ensuring an appropriate skill mix of staff on shift at all times.
-Understand and comply with statutory and legal requirements relevant throughout the homes, including COSHH, Health and Safety, all aspects of the Care Standards Act to maintain a safe environment throughout the home.
