The Role



We're on the lookout for a professional, passionate, hands-on Care Home Manager who shares our values of compassion, respect, and dedication. You'll lead our friendly team, making sure our residents receive the highest quality care, with plenty of smiles, laughter, and dignity along the way.

This is more than just a management role - it's about creating a home where both residents and staff thrive.

A Bit About You



You care . You've got experience managing (or deputy managing) in a care home setting. You understand what great person-centered care looks like. You know your way around CQC standards and care regulations. You can ensure full compliance with our policies and procedures. You're a natural leader - supportive, approachable, and great with people. Ideally, you hold or are working towards an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).

What You'll Be Doing



Leading a happy, motivated team who love what they do. Making sure our residents feel safe, respected, and cared for every day. Managing the home's day-to-day operations - from care quality to staffing and budgets. Working closely with families, professionals, and the local community. Keeping everything running smoothly, safely, and in line with CQC standards. Bringing ideas, energy, and a personal touch to everything you do.

Pay: From 42,000.00 per year
