We are seeking a compassionate and experienced
Care Home Manager
to lead our dedicated team at Nightingale Lodge. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion about care with the drive to maintain and build upon the exceptional standards already in place.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to residents' individual needs.
Recruit, lead, and develop a motivated and committed care team.
Ensure compliance with CQC and all regulatory standards, maintaining our outstanding rating.
Manage budgets and oversee the efficient day-to-day running of the home.
Foster a culture of dignity, respect, and wellbeing for residents, families, and staff.
About You
Proven experience in a care home leadership role.
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (preferred).
Strong knowledge of residential care, with an understanding of CQC requirements.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
A genuine passion for enhancing the quality of life for residents.
