Location: TN15 8AP
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week (09:00 - 17:00)
Salary: 62,500 per year

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Nurse Home Manager

to lead and manage our Care Home. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled, passionate, and dedicated professional who can ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and leadership within our service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide effective leadership and day-to-day management of the care home. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to all residents. Maintain compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements. Lead, support, and inspire the care and nursing teams. Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively. Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

NMC Registered Nurse qualification

(essential). Proven experience as a

Home Manager

- minimum of

5 years

in the role. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in care. Please note:

We are not seeking Deputy Managers looking for a step up

- only applicants with substantial experience as a Home Manager will be considered.
