About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate
Nurse Home Manager
to lead our dedicated team at a well-respected nursing home located in L13. This is a full-time leadership role for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a proven track record of success in managing care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the daily operations of the nursing home
Ensure high standards of person-centred care are delivered consistently
Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
Oversee staff recruitment, development, and performance
Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources efficiently
Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration
as an RGN or RMN
Minimum
5 years' experience
in a nursing home setting
Proven leadership and management skills
Sound understanding of CQC regulations and care standards
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities
