Care Home Manager
Job Description
Black Swan Care Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Care Home Manager to lead our new 30-bed home in Taverham, dedicated to supporting adults living with dementia. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for dementia care and a strong commitment to improving the lives of those living with the condition. This is a unique opportunity to establish and lead a new service--setting the tone for high-quality care, a supportive team culture, and operational excellence from the start.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred dementia care
Recruit, lead, and develop a committed care team
Ensure compliance with all CQC and regulatory standards
Manage budgets and ensure efficient day-to-day operations
About You:
Experience in a care home leadership role (NVQ level 5 is preferred in health and social care)
Strong knowledge of dementia care and CQC requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Passionate about enhancing quality of life for people living with dementia
