Right now, we are looking for a creative and caring Receptionist/Administrator to join our friendly team promoting independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care
Are you an organised and friendly individual who thrives in a busy front-of-house environment? We're looking for a Receptionist & Administrator to join our care home team, acting as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and professionals.

You'll play a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area while supporting the management team with key administrative duties.

Duties



Greet residents, visitors, and callers with professionalism and warmth. Manage phone calls, appointment bookings, and front-desk inquiries. Organise incoming and outgoing correspondence, file records, and manage email inboxes. Support the team by completing day-to-day admin tasks and assisting during staff absences. Maintain confidentiality and uphold our care home's welcoming, respectful environment.

Skills



Proven office experience with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Administrative experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable. Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation. Clerical experience that demonstrates an ability to maintain organised records and files efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
