This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced
care manager
to join Henshaws, working closely with our other Care managers to lead our team across both our
residential care
services and
respite service
. You will be at the heart of ensuring safe, compassionate and person-centred care, delivered by a motivated and well-supported team.
Your leadership will play a vital role in creating a positive, inclusive working culture. By supporting and guiding the team with confidence and care, you will help them deliver an outstanding service to our service users every day. A flexible approach and calm professionalism are key, as we continue to develop and grow our services.

Salary: 18.02per hour, 37,481.60

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with strong experience in managing care services and leading teams. You will bring both structure and a personal touch, ensuring staff feel valued and supported to perform at their best. A hands-on, flexible approach is essential to meet the needs of both the team and the service users.
You must hold a minimum of a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and be committed to work towards a Level 5, if not already held. Experience in working with young adults or individuals with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs would be helpful.
This role requires flexibility, including some evening and weekend work, and out-of-hours support. You will work across different care settings at Henshaws College to ensure an effective and safe service.
