Empathy: Showing real understanding and relating to people from all walks of life in order to create genuine connections with clients and families.
Quick Thinking: Reacting to unexpected twists and turns, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.
Team player: Partnering with a diverse team who look after the same clients and the wider TfY team, spreading laughter and maintaining a positive, fun-loving work environment.
Documentation and communication: Clear communication, both written and verbal, to allow us all to identify opportunities to better support our clients and to keep them safe.
