As Pollin Care Limited prepare to open the doors to their first home, we are now looking to recruit to the following permanent positions: Care Practitioners (Days) Care Practitioners (nights) Part-time and full-time posts available

What we are looking for:

- A genuine passion for working with children, with a focus on making a positive impact in their lives.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with young people and colleagues

- Resilience, patience and a 'can do' attitude, especially when faced with behaviours that could be challenging.

- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, including working towards Level 3/4 Residential Childcare qualification.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; a caring attitude, a good patient approach, a willingness to learn, a fun person with a good sense of humour and strong values.
