It is essential to have a good sense of humor and to have a genuine interest in providing good quality care and support to our clients.If you have a passion for providing person centered care, this could be the right job for you.Working Pattern: We believe it is important to have a good work life balance, therefore the shifts are split into two options:Option1 - Morning/Afternoon shifts (08.00AM-14.15PM)Option 2 - Afternoon/Late Shifts (14.30PM-10PM)Weekend work - Alternative weekend required.These shift patterns should fit around your lifestyle and commitments.QualificationsAlthough experience is preferable for our role, you do not need experience or qualifications in care to apply for our vacancy, as full training is provided.
