We are seeking caring and dedicated Care Professionals for Evening shifts to join our team in Aylesbury. This role is vital in helping our clients maintain independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized in-home care to clients during evening hours. Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Support clients in maintaining their independence and safety. Follow care plans accurately and report any changes or concerns. Build trusting relationships with clients to promote their emotional well-being. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Prior experience in home care or personal assistance preferred. Compassionate and patient nature with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation is a plus. Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to home care. Flexibility to work evening shifts. Certification in caregiving or related fields is advantageous.
