About the Role
As a Service Manager within our Care Provider Services, you will play a pivotal role in leading transformation and delivering excellence across a diverse range of services, including:
Older People's Services
Learning Disability Services
Supported Living
Extra Care Housing (ECH)
You will lead a team of Operations Managers and provide strategic and operational support to Registered Managers and Learning Disability Service Managers. Your leadership will drive innovation, performance, and quality across our services.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Support -
Inspire and guide operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Service delivery and Development -
Ensure services meet and exceed Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, with a strong focus on outcomes and person-centred care.
Collaboration & Partnership -
Work closely with internal colleagues, NHS partners, social care assessors, and--most importantly--people who use our services and their carers.
Champion a culture of teamwork, d responsibility, and professional growth.

You will hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership in Health & Social Care or an equivalent qualification in a health or social care-related field.
