Role Summary
We are looking for a
Quality Coordinator
to join our team in Lanarkshire. This is a
part-time role (24 hours per week, over 3 days)
.
As Quality Coordinator, you will work closely with Care & Support Managers, operational teams, and Directors to maintain and enhance quality standards across all services. You will develop, implement, and monitor systems, policies, and procedures in line with current legislation, Care Inspectorate Standards, Health & Social Care Standards, and SSSC Codes of Practice.

Key Responsibilities
(not exhaustive)
Develop, implement, and streamline company policies and procedures.
Ensure all quality processes align with Health & Social Care Standards and SSSC Codes of Practice.
Oversee internal audits and produce clear, actionable reports and improvement plans.
Collate and prepare information for Care Inspectorate and other regulatory visits.
Create and maintain business templates for consistency across the organisation.
Deliver relevant training sessions and maintain up-to-date training materials.
Organise regular engagement sessions throughout the year.
Conduct customer feedback surveys, analyse results, and report findings.
What We're Looking For
SVQ qualification (or willingness to achieve) suitable for SSSC registration for a Quality role.
Strong knowledge of Health & Social Care Standards and SSSC Codes of Practice.
Experience with Care Inspectorate audits and quality frameworks.
Previous experience in quality monitoring, compliance, or service improvement within social care.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
