Summary

As a Care Supervisor at Greensleeves Care, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services within our homes. This position is essential for maintaining our ethos of respect and dignity for our residents while leading a dedicated team to provide exceptional support.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered. Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to residents' needs. Foster a culture of open communication among staff, residents, and families. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Monitor the quality of care provided through regular audits and feedback mechanisms. Provide training and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in senior care.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a care home or similar environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff. Experience in developing and managing care plans for older adults. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing senior care services. Ability to supervise staff effectively while promoting teamwork.
