McCarthy Stone is hiring a Relief Care Supervisor to support our friendly team at

Wilton Court , Kenilworth, Warwickshire.

Help older adults live safely, independently, and with dignity -- all in a secure and vibrant retirement community.

Pay and Hours

Day shifts: 15.00 per hour

Sleeping night shifts: 12.24 per hour

Weekend premium:

Additional 1 per hour

Shifts: Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts Scheduled in coordination with the Estate and Operations Managers

Your Role as a Relief Care Supervisor

As a Relief Care Supervisor, you will:

Support residents' safety, wellbeing, and independence Respond to emergency calls during night shifts Oversee and assist with day-to-day care tasks Coordinate and support engaging social activities Foster a positive, welcoming environment for residents and staff

What We're Looking For

Experience in a senior care role Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent) Strong communication and organisational skills A caring, friendly, and reliable attitude Team leadership experience is a bonus
