Care & Support Worker - Full Time Positions



We are holding a Care Open Day on Tuesday 2nd December at Emily House, 202-208 Kensal Road, W10 5BN from 1:30pm-3:30pm. We have vacancies currently in our James Hill House and Leonora Extra Care Schemes.



Summary:

Provide compassionate care and vital support to individuals with diverse needs, working flexibly within a bank staff team to enhance wellbeing and independence across care settings in London.



Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to service users Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication, and meal preparation Promote dignity, choice, and independence for every individual Record and report accurately any changes in service user condition Collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and external professionals Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality at all times Respond promptly in emergency situations and follow established procedures


Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in care or support work, paid or voluntary Understanding of safeguarding and basic health & safety practices Ability to communicate effectively with service users and team members Commitment to delivering person-centred care Right to work in the UK Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain


Nice-to-have:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care Experience supporting adults with physical or learning disabilities
