Assist residents with daily activities (personal care, dressing, meals) and mobility. Provide emotional support, companionship, and implement behaviour management strategies. Administer medication under supervision and monitor/report changes in residents' health or behaviour. Drive residents to appointments/outings and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Experience:
A valid
UK Drivers Licence
.Previous experience
in care, nursing homes, or home care(desirable).
Knowledge
ofFirst Aid
procedures. The ability to providepatient-centred care
withempathy
andrespect.
Strong communication skills
to liaise effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 13.32-15.00 per hour
