Work area: Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Tring. (Early shift and Late shift available)

Must have a valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.

We are a nurse-led domiciliary care company dedicated to providing exceptional care services in

Hemel Hempstead, Tring, and Berkhamsted - you would be required to travel between these areas.

Duties:

Assist residents with daily activities (personal care, dressing, meals) and mobility. Provide emotional support, companionship, and implement behaviour management strategies. Administer medication under supervision and monitor/report changes in residents' health or behaviour. Drive residents to appointments/outings and maintain a clean, safe environment. Support with care plan. Contacting GP and relevant healthcare professionals Light household tasks.
Experience:

In Medication Administration

Previous experience

in care, nursing homes, or home care

(desirable).

Knowledge

of

First Aid

procedures. The ability to provide

patient-centred care

with

empathy

and

respect.

Strong communication skills

to liaise effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
Required:-

A valid

UK Drivers Licence

. Access to own car.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 41 per week
