We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Worker with living support experience to join our team in the Southampton area. As a Support Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals with varying needs, including those with disabilities, mental health issues, and elderly clients. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management. Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Monitor and record clients' progress and report any changes to the care team. Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients. Foster positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders. Promote clients' independence and encourage them to make choices about their care.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. A caring and compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is desirable. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-14.22 per hour
