We are looking to recruit a part time caretaker to carry out the security duties of opening and closing the Town Hall. On the morning shift open the building and covering any works/events prior to the arrival of the existing full-time Site Officer. On the evening shift the caretaker will restock toilets facilities and oversee cleaning standards



The successful candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being extremely reliable. The ability to use initiative and deal with minor problems as they occur is also very important. The post holder will be required to undertake some minor maintenance works.



As part of the duties of employment you will be expected to undertake to roles of site first aider and fire warden whilst on duty. Training for these will be given
