Priors Hall, part of the respected Anchor care group, is currently seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader for a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to move into a permanent role.

Your Role as Care Team Leader:
As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in overseeing the care team and ensuring consistently high standards of person-centred care. You'll be a role model to others, leading by example and supporting colleagues to deliver care with compassion, dignity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and supervising care staff on shift to ensure excellent care delivery
Developing and maintaining detailed care plans and risk assessments
Administering medication in line with policies and resident care plans
Supporting, mentoring, and coaching team members to grow their skills and confidence
Working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure individual needs are met
Upholding the values and standards of Anchor and promoting a safe, supportive environment
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a senior care role within a residential or dementia care setting
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
A confident, compassionate approach with a focus on quality and safety
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
