Are you a natural leader with a heart for dementia care? Do you bring calm, confidence, and compassion to those who need it most, especially during the quiet hours?


Join our dedicated night team as a Care Team Leader, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring comfort, safety, and support for our residents--helping them rest peacefully while upholding the highest standards of care.


What You'll Do:




Lead, motivate and guide a team of care staff throughout the night, ensuring care plans are delivered with empathy and precision. Be a key contact for residents, families and night-time staff--offering reassurance, professional guidance, and hands-on care. Respond to urgent care needs and monitor residents' well-being overnight, keeping detailed and accurate records. Support with medication administration, safeguarding protocols, and compliance with dementia care best practices.

What You'll Bring:




Experience working in dementia care and leading teams in a health or social care setting. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). Strong communication and leadership skills, especially in calm decision-making under pressure. A person-centred approach that reflects kindness, patience, and resilience.
