Key Responsibilities:




Lead and supervise the night care team to deliver high-quality care Ensure residents' safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night Administer medication and monitor health conditions as required Maintain accurate records and handover notes for day staff Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately Support new or less experienced team members with guidance and training Promote a peaceful, respectful, and homely night-time environment

What We're Looking For:




NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) Experience in a senior care role, ideally in dementia care Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A calm, reassuring presence with a compassionate approach

Devonshire House in Sudbury is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 68 residents. At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.

We regularly host events at the home and can attend village events or use the community shop, tea rooms or three pubs The home has lots of internal space including a cinema, conservatory and therapy room providing everyone with the space and privacy they choose
