Care Team Manager - (Hybrid, Mon-Fri) Location: Leading the teams across 2 supported living services in Ammanford and Llanelli Hours: Full-time (37 hours), Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm On-call: Quarterly rotation Salary: 31,354 + excellent benefits Are you a confident, adaptable leader with a passion for supporting people and developing teams? We're looking for a Team Manager to lead the teams supporting individuals with learning disabilities as a lead need, however some individuals may also have additional needs including mental health and substance misuse. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same--and your ability to stay organised, manage time effectively, and adapt to change will be key.

About the Role



As Team Manager, you'll lead a team of staff , working closely to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across 2 Supported Living services in Ammanford and Llanelli. One service supports 3 individuals and the other is a larger service where we support 6 individuals.


You'll be responsible for service delivery, compliance, team development, and ensuring the needs of individuals are met with compassion and professionalism.


You'll work alongside the Registered Manager to:


Deliver services in line with RISCA, Care Inspectorate Wales, and Social Care Wales standards Lead recruitment, supervision, and development of your team Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory frameworks Manage referrals, rosters, and service delivery plans Support individuals with their individual complex needs Collaborate with families, professionals, and partner organisations Use IT systems confidently to manage data, rosters, and reporting Participate in the on-call rota and support other services as needed

What We're Looking For



Proven leadership experience in adult social care Strong IT literacy and organisational skills Knowledge of HR and recruitment practices (desirable) Experience supporting individuals with complex needs Understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks QCF/ NVQ in Health & Social Care (and willingness to work towards Level 4) Full driving licence and access to a vehicle A flexible, proactive mindset and a passion for making a difference
