Role Responsibilities
As a Care Worker, you'll be responsible for:
Providing meaningful companionship, assisting with meals, and supporting clients in daily routines and light housework duties
Supporting clients with medication, mobility, and daily routines
Building trusted relationships that encourage independence and enhance quality of life
Qualifications & Experience
We're looking for individuals who are:
Compassionate, dependable and enthusiastic about helping others
Effective communicators with a positive attitude
Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a nurturing team
Care experience is preferred, but not necessary, as we offer full training and support, regardless of experience.
Additional Requirements
As this is a mobile role, it is preferred (but not essential) that you have:
A Full Valid Driving Licence
Access to a reliable car, bike or other vehicle
Working Requirements
Right to work in the United Kingdom
