We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide exceptional support to individuals in need of assistance. Duties

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients during transfers. Maintain accurate records of client care and report any concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and encourage independence. Ensure that all care practices adhere to health and safety regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in home care, senior care, or hospice care is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with medication administration protocols is advantageous. Basic knowledge of first aid practices is desirable. A background in nursing or related fields will be considered an asset. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and respect for individual needs.
