Care Worker Working Rotating Shift Pattern Including Weekends

Purpose of Position
Working in the community within service user's own homes, meeting the personal care needs of our service users in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. Care is expected to include care that would reasonably be given by members of the service user's own family and will not include tasks that would normally be undertaken by a trained nurse. Only when trained to do so would care workers undertake any specialist tasks.
Paid hourly rate/ travel time and mileage
2 week rolling rota with every other weekend off, to enable work/life balance.
Usual shift pattern:
Week A: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
Week B: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Full in-house certificated training is provided and staff have access to higher qualifications.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 13.00-19.50 per hour
