Job Description

We are looking for a Careers Wellbeing Advisor to join our team and support the personal and professional development of apprentices and early careers colleagues across the business. What you'll do

In this exciting role, you will:


support apprentices and colleagues on development programmes to achieve their qualifications and career ambitions organise activities that build community, celebrate success, and promote engagement provide pastoral and professional support, managing a caseload of apprentices and early careers colleagues build strong relationships through active listening and effective communication with individuals and managers identify and escalating safeguarding concerns and wellbeing needs appropriately work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure holistic support maintain accurate records and contributing to service improvements support entry-level apprentices to progress into permanent roles deliver personal and social development opportunities, including training and accommodation support escalate concerns relating to personal, professional, or programme quality.

We are looking for:


experience in Microsoft 365 and able to work independently and efficiently experience supporting individuals through SMART goal setting and development planning knowledge of apprenticeship standards and experience working with education providers understanding of safeguarding, data protection, and equality legislation strong communication skills with empathy and professionalism adaptable, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity confidence in influencing and engaging with stakeholders at all levels you to be curious, courageous, and driven to make a positive impact.
