Job Overview:

We are looking for dedicated and caring individuals to join our growing team of Carers. As a Carer with Aster Home Care Ltd., you will support clients with daily tasks such as personal care, companionship, mobility assistance, and help around the home. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, empathetic, and enjoys helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting Assist with meal preparation and feeding if necessary Administer medication as per care plan Offer emotional support and companionship Support with mobility and transfers Maintain accurate records and report concerns to management Follow health and safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Carer is an advantage but not essential - full training provided Good communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy Right to work in the UK A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred but not mandatory
