About the Role:


We are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to work within care home settings, providing support and comfort to residents. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:



Assisting residents with day-to-day living, including personal care, meals, and mobility. Providing companionship and emotional support. Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Following care plans and ensuring residents' wellbeing is at the heart of everything you do. Working collaboratively with colleagues and care professionals.

What We're Looking For:



Caring, patient, and dedicated individuals - experience is welcome but not always required. Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships. Flexibility and reliability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends. A genuine desire to support people to live with dignity and respect.

Requirements:



PVG Membership (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) - essential.

SSSC Registration (or willingness to register) - essential.

Right to work in the UK.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
