Carer vacancy for a 22-year-old disabled young lady. We are looking for a kind, reliable, and flexible carer to support a 22-year-old young lady. Location: Rural Herefordshire 6 miles from Leominster and Bromyard Hours: Flexible / Part-time / Full-time Requirements:Must be a confident driverKind-hearted, patient, and respectfulFlexible with working hoursComfortable providing personal care and supporting with daily tasks. Duties

Assist our daughter with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, peg feeding and personal care. Provide companionship and emotional support to her fostering a positive relationship. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor for any changes in health. Providing mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safe movement within the home or to appointments. (We have hoists in our house) Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in our daughter Engage in activities that promote physical and mental stimulation for our daughter. C has day opportunities that she would like to attend every week.

Skills

Experience in care is desirable but full training is provided Ability to provide care with empathy and respect for our daughter's individual needs. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with our daughterd, us and other team members. Capability to work independently while also being part of a team-oriented environment. sense of humour must be ok with dogs as we have two
