Caring, Compassionate and Committed Care Assistants

Your Role as a Carer

As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily lives. This includes:

Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) Supporting residents at mealtimes and with mobility Providing companionship, emotional support and a listening ear Helping to maintain accurate care records Supporting residents to stay active, engaged and as independent as possible Being a valued member of a friendly and supportive team

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for helping others
Caring, patient and reliable nature
Good communication skills

Experience is welcome but not essential - full training provided
Right to work in the UK
