Our home care service is one of just 4% in England, rated as "Outstanding" and our Carers support adults in their own homes.
And we're rated by Workbuzz in 2025 as a 5-star employer! One of our team said recently:
"This is the best company I've ever worked for. Claire is so kind and understanding and hard working, and so are all the ladies inthe office. Genuinely I couldn't ask for anything more. I'm so impressed by how well everything is run and how much support I have from the team. I love it. 100% recommend RAH every day of the week"
We currently require caring individuals to support our clients. We match our Carers to their clients, and brief our Carers before they meet a client - this is just one of the ways we're supportive to our team. Read on! ...
We agree a Carer's availability with them at hiring stage, so you would be able to discuss a range of options. We understand the importance of a good work-life balance and our Carers are as important to us as our clients.
You will need to offer some early morning and / or evening availability as well as daytime. You will need enough availability for our office team to ensure you achieve the working hours you require. Our team work anything between 12 and 38 hours per week.
Some of our amazing team had no 'formal' care experience before joining us, and some say Caregiving isn't like an everyday job - it's rewarding, and they feel like a valued professional. This is how care can be!
Whether or not you have experience of caring, you will have excellent training, you will 'shadow' experienced Carers and be introduced to your regular clients. Visits are not rushed, and are a minimum of one hour.
We support adults with companionship, personal care, meal preparation, shopping trips, appointments, medication etc. We are a non-medical service.
