Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality support to individual in need of assistance.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health or behaviour. Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients. Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Drive clients to appointments or engage in community activities as required.
Requirements
Knowledge of patient care practices, and medication administration. A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients when necessary. A caring attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support to individuals in need.
