Job Description

We're looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team, supporting residents in care homes across the South of England.
You'll play a vital role in helping people with their daily routines, providing personal care, companionship, and ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued.
What you'll be doing:
Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Supporting with meals and hydration
Promoting independence and dignity at all times
Providing emotional support and companionship
Working with the wider care team to deliver excellent standards of care
What we're looking for:
Previous care experience is helpful, but not essential - full training provided
A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work various shifts (days/nights/weekends)
Must be eligible to work in the UK
