Salary: 12.65 - 13.47 per hour

Contract: Permanent - Term Time Only

Hours: 5 hours per week caretaking and 3 hours per week cleaning

Location: Stokesley, North Yorkshire, Kirkby & Great Broughton CE VA School

We have an opportunity for you to join North Yorkshire Council working at one of our schools. Kirby and Great Broughton CE VA School, Stokesley.



You will be a valued member of our team who will be reliable, dependable and have a strong work ethic. Working for NYC as a Caretaker, you will be responsible for locking up the site after cleaning, setting the alarm, and ensuring the site is fully secure. For this we will pay you an additional 12.85 rising to 13.47 per hour based on 5 hours per week, some flexibility on start and finish times to be agreed with the school.


In addition to this we can offer a small cleaning area, you will be responsible for some cleaning duties on site including dusting, vacuuming and the cleaning of sanitary fittings. Full training will be provided, and the hours are between, 18:00 and 18:36 with some flexibility on start and finish times totalling 3 hours per week, term time only to clean the after school club. For this you will be paid 12.65 per hour.
