We are looking for a
dedicated and proactive Caretaker
to join our team, helping us maintain and look after our brand-new premises - including a beautiful residential home for children located in Wilpshire (Blackburn).

The Role
As our Caretaker, you will:
Carry out day-to-day maintenance, repairs, gardening, and general upkeep of our premises.
Ensure our buildings and outdoor spaces remain safe, welcoming, and functional.
Assist with identifying and reporting any technical repairs that need attention.
Take pride in keeping our new residential home and facilities in excellent condition.

About You
You're practical, flexible, and reliable, with a hands-on approach to maintenance.
You take pride in creating safe and welcoming environments.
You hold a
full UK driving license
and have access to a vehicle as this role requires travel to various CANW offices - Wilpshire (Blackburn), Buckshaw Village (Chorley) etc.
