St Joseph's Catholic Primary School are seeking a reliable, proactive, and friendly Caretaker to join our dedicated team. This is a vital role in ensuring our school remains a safe, secure, clean, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
The successful candidate must:
Be able to communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues and school visitors
Be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative with strong organisational skills
Be willing to undertake any necessary training (including use of our online compliance recording system)
Be practical and able to undertake a number of tasks in relation to the general cleaning and maintenance of the premises
Promote and ensure the health and safety of pupils, staff & visitors (in accordance with appropriate health & safety legislation) at all times
Comply with & record regular site/equipment inspections (in accordance with appropriate health & safety legislation)
