Working hours -

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 10am - 6pm

Wednesday off

Saturday - 10am - 6pm

The caretake role will include the following,

General Maintenance & Repairs

Carrying out minor repairs (changing light bulbs, fixing door handles, etc.) Reporting major maintenance issues to management or contractors Keeping maintenance logs and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
Security & Access Control

Monitoring building security systems (CCTV, door entry, alarms) Ensuring all entrances/exits are secure Controlling access for contractors and visitors when necessary

Deliveries & Contractor Management

Managing access for delivery companies and tradespeople Overseeing works by contractors and ensuring safety and tidiness during works
Health & Safety Compliance

Conducting regular fire alarm and emergency lighting tests Ensuring fire exits are clear and fire safety equipment is in place Keeping records of safety
General Building Oversight

Checking for damage, hazards, or vandalism during routine inspections Reporting building defects and following up on remedial work Monitoring utilities and reporting faults (e.g., heating, lifts, lighting)

Pay: 12.50 per hour
