Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 0900 - 1800


Salary:

26,000 - 28,000 per annum


Contract:

Development Details:



We are recruiting for a Caretaker at the Printworks development. This is a large, single-site scheme with a mixture of residential and commercial units. The successful candidate will work closely with the onsite Building Manager, who currently oversees all aspects of the building's operation.



Key Responsibilities and Requirements:



As a Caretaker at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:



Responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the development Manage bin rotation, ensuring the bin rooms are clean, tidy. Perform minor maintenance, and report major maintenance issues to management when necessary. Liaising with residents, guests, and contractors Ensure safe and welcoming communal areas, even while contractors are still present on parts of the estate Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently
