Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our team at RCCN LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment. opening and securing of the building and grounds Monitor the condition of facilities and report any issues or perform general repairs. Assist with setting up rooms for events or meetings as required. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning activities. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked appropriately. Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors when needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with staff and visitors. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices.
