A Caretaker is required for Parkfields Community Centre.
The role is for 2.5 hours a week over 7 days. A degree of flexibility is required, as attendance may be required at the Centre numerous times per day to meet the needs of our Customers.
The Caretaker will play a key role in the assisting with the efficient running of Parkfields, working closely with the Centre Manager, staff, volunteers and trustees.
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. To open and close the Centre as required
2. To ensure the proper security of the Centre
3. Prepare rooms - setting out tables and chairs as required and return to storage after use
4. To report any damage to the Centre Manager
5. To work in accordance with Health and Safety Policies
6. To be a key-holder for the Centre
