Caretaker Support
16 hours per week to be worked Saturday & Sunday (7:30am - 4:00pm)

13.45 per hour
The purpose of this role is to ensure the Caretaking & Environmental Team deliver an excellent service to River Clyde Homes' customers and to work in partnership with residents to maintain elements of River Clyde Homes properties' and its surroundings.
Key areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
Maintaining the appearance/cleanliness of the common closes, landings, lifts and surrounds and are safe and clean. Notify through Customer Experience Team or coordinators any common repairs and vandalism The common areas including entrances will be swept and mopped a minimum of once per week or are agreed interval. The close will receive additional attention, if and when required (spillages, etc.) Maintenance of open space and housing environments and identifying potential improvements including co-ordinating the effective uplift of refuse on collection days.

The successful candidate will have some flexibility over working hours which is necessary to meet the requirements of the job and hold a full UK driving licence.
